At any point when you require service, whether you choose to book directly from our homepage or from our service hub, you’ll be presented with a stunning booking menu.
If you’ve visited us before, you can plug in your details and we’ll be able to connect your account. If you haven’t, it’s quick and easy to create an account. If you’re in a true rush, you can even select the next and soonest appointment that we have available and claim it as your own!
It’s a True Appointment
Most car dealers require you to call them to book your appointment. While we love chatting and have the best reception around, we know that it isn’t always easy to hop on the phone. The other guys will get you to fill out a form, then eventually call you back (or email), then help you pick a time from what is available. Here at Castlegar Toyota, you’re booking an actual appointment. You’ll know when to show up and what to expect; it’s booked in our system and cannot be cancelled without your approval.
